Sense (profile):
Sense partnered with Landis+Gyr, an Australia based leading global provider of integrated energy management solutions, to support the energy transition to consumer energy resources (CER) systems and expand their international footprint
mabl (profile):
At mabl’s October user conference, “mabl Experience 2024”, they announced 3x the amount of API test runs and 39 million test runs over the past 12 months. The team released over 50 new product features this year, roughly 35% of them specific to AI. With Gartner noting that more than 70% of independent software vendors (ISVs) will have embedded GenAI capabilities in their enterprise applications by 2026, this puts mabl in a prime position to increase market share as the preferred testing platform.
The company earned its 5th AI Breakthrough Award, making it the #1 AI-powered test automation platform in the world. As mabl scales up, so too does its education program, mabl University, which surpassed 3,000 certifications this year
Customers.ai (profile):
In 2024, when customers added Customers.ai to their abandoned cart flow, they saw 30% increase in conversions, 34% increase in conversion rate, and 29% increase in revenue per recipient. They released other features such as Customer journey insights, a direct integration with Shopify, Klaviyo revenue reporting, Google Ads integration, and more from Founder & CEO Larry Kim here!
Wicket (profile):
Lots going on since the Wicket profile came out this summer!
After announcing that Wicket had enabled 1 million entries into sports venues at the beginning of this year, we've now surpassed 3 million entries!
Won VenuesNow Excellence in Concessions award for our work speeding up concessions with facial payments at the Cleveland Browns. Also announced a partnership with Aramark Sports + Entertainment to expand use of Wicket in concessions facial payments

After announcing their $38M Series B financing led by Sound Ventures, Form hired Theresa Nute to serve as Vice President, Health Plans. In her role, Theresa will be responsible for working with health plans to recommend and offer Form Health as their obesity solution
EnFi (profile):
2024 has marked a transformative year for EnFi, which emerged to revolutionize credit risk assessment after the Silicon Valley Bank crisis. Following EnFi’s successful $7.5 million seed funding round, the company celebrated several significant milestones: nearly doubling its team size, announcing Grasshopper Bank as its first customer, and launching an AI-powered portfolio management platform that’s trained individually on each customer’s private financial data, using methods purpose built for the demands of lending risk intelligence. This past year, EnFi has emerged as a trusted voice in fintech, with the company’s leadership regularly sharing their expertise at financial conferences and contributing to key industry discussions.
Crunchtime (profile):
In October Crunchtime announced the availability of new AI capabilities that enable restaurants to forecast their sales with even greater accuracy. By incorporating a custom-built machine learning algorithm into Crunchtime’s forecasting engine, the AI forecast provides restaurant teams with a new tool to more accurately predict customer demand. Early results have been promising with restaurants seeing an increase in forecast accuracy by up to 27% at different store locations during testing

In Modulate’s 2024 milestone blog they announced product enhancements to ToxMod and expanded integrations with Photon Voice, AWS, and other partners. They have deepened collaborations with customers and partners like Trass Games, Rec Room, and Schell Games plus their newest customer partnership with Rockstar Games to bring ToxMod to GTA (Grand Theft Auto) Online

We've released our Smart Alerts, where Clockwork will deliver your financial performance insights directly to your inbox. We've also launched a formal partnership with Intuit as the preferred app for planning, managing, and predicting cash flow and finances
RevenueBase (profile):
The team hit their seven figure 2024 revenue goals in November and revenue has quadrupled since 2023. In 2025 they are planning to reach cash flow breakeven to control their own destiny
Cephable (profile):
This team grew their end user base from early adoption to its 2024 year-end user base by more than 10,000x. They’re expecting to grow another 10,000x in 2025, turbocharged by their newly established enterprise relationships.
They are closing in on seven figures of annual revenue in the 1H of 2025, with their average Enterprise pipeline deal size now approaching seven figures too

It's been a year of transformation and growth for both myself and InvoiceCloud. A year ago I couldn't have even imagined how much experience I'd get in one role across every function of a company. I'm grateful to get to balance long-term strategy with short term execution. Three big learnings from this year:
Pressure is a privilege (I heard this first from Carla A. Harris, but I think she was quoting Billie Jean King). When I remember that high pressure situations are high impact situations, I can switch to being excited to be in the situation rather than stressed about it
Get feedback. People around you are able to see your strengths and weaknesses so you might as well be upfront about them and get guidance on how to improve
Remember your priorities. I write down three work priorities at the start of every day to make sure I get the most important things done (no matter how many distracting Slack messages I get!). However, I need to remember that my relationships and my overall wellbeing are top priorities, and I want to make sure they get the attention they deserve as well
